Maybe I should start by saying that I love the idea of cross series match-ups where characters from different TV series, games, comics, books, and/or movies either face-off or collaborate. This is a drawing I did not to long ago of Afro Samurai and Wolverine in a face-to-face stare down.
I have a bunch of other ideas for face offs, match-ups and collabs which I will draw and post in the future. I hate that I let my hobby of drawing slip away, but I’ve made a promise to myself to pick it back up and never let it get pushed to the side again…
I recently set up an account at Deviant Art and will post more of my artwork there in the future…
Maybe I should start by saying that if you don’t already know, I am very eclectic and diverse in all of my interests, one of which happens to be Musical Comedy. I know it might seem a little strange being that Musical Comedy is an area more known to whites, and is highly embraced as a part of their “culture” if to call it (No Racial…LoL).
But one of the more interesting things about whites is that they deeply enjoy Musical Comedy and singing comedians. This particular style of humor incorporates an individual or group singing a song, but instead of singing about something in a serious or meaningful ton or mood, it has funny lyrics and a sarcastic ton. Simple as that. It is an ingenious idea because when you have a set of jokes that really aren’t that funny and music that isn’t that spectacular, you can mash the two of them together and create something that will be sure to entertain. And white people can’t get enough of it with the breeding of the likes of Weird Al Yankovich, Tenacious D, Sarah Silverman, Dennis Leary, Adam Sandler and the headliners of this blogpost Flight of the Conchords.
I happened to come across Flight of the Conchords a long while back whilst skimming through YouTube videos. Flight of the Conchords is a Grammy Award-winning New Zealandcomedy duo consisting of members Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement who label themselves as “Formerly New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo”.
The duo also star in a television series for HBO, titled “Flight of the Conchords” (Who would have guessed…), which premiered in the United States in June 2007. The fictional series basically revolves around the pair as they try desperately to achieve success as a band in New York City and try to develop an American fan base with them hailing from New Zealand.
In all honesty, their style, charisma, sarcasm, musical talent and creativity are all highly appreciated by myself as well as their huge fan base. Each of there performances and songs that I’ve come across have really been hilarious and made my day each time. So know comes the time for you to be the judge…Check out the two videos below and of two of their performances one old and one fairly recent (depends on what you consider old and fairly recent).

Maybe I should start with the new term “No Racial” coined by Timothy DeLaGhetto aka Traphik……In simple terms…The term “No Racial” is 2009′s “No Homo”…….It’s pretty self-explanatory and I was really amazed at the concept and idea…Brilliant Humor………………Still confused???…………..Then check out the video below and enjoy…Definitely a knee slapper…LoL…

Maybe I should start with the fact that it almost looked as if my blog site was going to have just died out and fallen to the way side due to me not making and updates or even any posts for that matter within the past 8 months, which is pretty embarrassing. However, things got extremely hectic and my blog site ended up getting pushed down the lists of my major priorities. But, even with things still being very hectic at the moment due to school, work, family, and other responsibilities and obligations my blog site is something that defines a large part of who I am and the impact that the world has on me as well as those around me. So, to make a long story short I am finally back in action and will be making regular blog posts and keeps things updated as best I can.
A lot has gone on both in the world overall and in my life at small, both personal and public and I have a lot to say and a lot of topics to address whether they be old or new. So be prepared for many of my upcoming posts on race, college life, politics, gender, and a host of other topics.
For starters, here are two videos that I recently came across that literally had me cracking up.
I used to be a fan of American Idols a few seasons back but over the years I have lost a great amount of respect for the due to the bias and unfairness of the program and don’t waste my time watching it anymore. So here are two American Idol Parody Videos that I think everyone will find to be pretty funny…There are a host of other videos in this particular series, but I just found these specific two videos to be the funniest…LoL…Feel free to check out the rest on Youtube if you like…
